I could hate you

I could hate you for the shapes that your bodies all come in
I could hate you being tall, or short, or fat or thin

I could hate you for the faces your lips like to kiss
I could hate you for the places your dick likes to slip

I could hate you for the lingo that I hear you bleat
I could hate you for the rhyming of 'plates of fucking meat'

I could hate you for the geography that's drawn on a map
I could hate you for belief in the north south gap

I could hate you for the fathers and the things that they did
I could hate you for the sins they passed down to their kids

I could hate you for the lineage from way, way back
I could hate you for the pigment that's approximately black

I could hate you for the spelling of the name of your god
I could hate you in the name of peace and love

But our very differences define what is me
So instead I will love individuality
Yes our very differences define what is me
So instead I will love :
INDIVIDUALITY

INDIVIDUALITY
INDIVIDUALITY
You're more than a number,
You're my identity

INDIVIDUALITY
INDIVIDUALITY
You're more than a number,
You're my identity

INDIVIDUALITY
INDIVIDUALITY
We're born in a prison
But we're destined to be free
