This man

A man can't always trust his tongue
A man can't know where he comes from
And a man can't always like his friends
And this man just cannot pretend
No this man just cannot pretend

A man won't know enough's enough
A man won't ignore bouts of lust
A man won't do, what a man must
This man survives on just good luck
This man survives on just good luck

A man don't always stand up right
A man don't dream, but for the night
And a man don't have no perfect sight
This man is dark but for your light
This man is dark but for your light

And in my short experience
A man's life makes such, little sense
Unless, until and in the end
What?
Well, what?
Well what then?
