This Life Poetry

Do not see yourself in others' eyes
Do not listen to the rabble's lies
Do not lose touch with the sky
For you have the sense
Of true innocence

Do not measure your life by spoons
Do not count the passing moons
Do not meter your days by tunes
For your rhythm
Is a religion

Do not go lonely unto your grave
Do not forsake those friends you saved
Do not rage against this world we've made
For you're more loved
Than understood
